Dr. Francesco Cangiano

Assistant Professor

Dr. Francesco Cangiano is a Professor at Zayed Military University - Rabdan Academy and Honorary Assistant Professor at Bond University (Australia). Prior to this, he worked at the University of Exeter, Bond University and the University of Western Australia, where he received his PhD in Organisational Behaviour in 2017.

Dr. Cangiano has over 10 years of experience in Business Education at all levels (from undergraduate to executive) across various subjects, ranging from Leadership and HRM to Business Statistics. His research has been featured in top academic journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.
